中国援白俄罗斯中白工业园宿舍楼项目位于白俄罗斯明斯克州中白工业
园。总建筑面积约19000平方米。建设内容为一栋5层156套带简单装修的普
通住宅楼及室外配套工程，该项目于2018年11月21日正式开工，2019年7月
27日竣工，2019年9月12日完成对外移交。
The site for the dormitory building project of China-Belarus Industrial
Park in Belarus is located in the China-Belarus Industrial Park in Minsk,
Belarus. The project, built with Chinese aid, has a total building area of
about 19,000 m². It consists of one 5-storey ordinary residential building
made up of 156 simply-decorated flats as well as outdoor supporting
projects. The project’s construction was officially initiated on November
21, 2018 and completed on July 27, 2019, and it was handed over on
September 12, 2019.
Le projet de construction de dortoirs du parc industriel sino-biélorusse avec
l’aide de la Chine est situé à Minsk au Bélarus. Avec une superficie totale
de construction d’environ 19 000 mètres carrés, il comprend un immeuble
résidentiel de cinq étages avec 156 appartements à décoration simple et
des travaux de soutien extérieur. Le projet a été officiellement lancé le 21
novembre 2018, achevé le 27 juillet 2019 et a été remis au gouvernement
biélorusse le 12 septembre 2019.
