2014年11月，中国援助斐济的菌草技术示范中心成功落地，建成年
产鲜菇300吨的生产线，结束了斐济不能生产食用菌、药用菌的历史。目
前，项目基地已举办多期技术培训班，培训1500多名当地菌草技术人员。

The Fungus Technology Demonstration Center in Fiji was built with
Chinese aid and implemented in November 2014, under which, a
production line with an annual output of 300 tons of fresh mushrooms
was built. This enabled Fiji to produce edible and medicinal fungi
for the first time. At present, the project base has held many technical
training programs, having trained more than 1500 local fungus
technicians. The picture shows Chinese experts and local personnel
inspecting fungus growth in June 2018 in Nadi, Fiji.
En novembre 2014, le centre de démonstration technologique de
plantation de champignons assisté par la Chine aux Fidji a réussi à
débarquer et à construire une ligne de production annuelle de 300
tonnes de champignons frais, mettant fin à l’incapacité des Fidji à
produire des champignons comestibles et médicinaux. À l’heure
actuelle, la base du projet a organisé plusieurs cours de formation
technique, ayant formé plus de 1500 techniciens locaux spécialisés dans
les champignons. Sur la photo, des experts chinois et du personnel local
