2018年，中国政府实施萨摩亚创意手工艺品和缝纫技术海外研修项目。项目为期三周，当地妇女通过缝

In 2018, the Chinese government implemented the overseas training program on creative handiwork and
sewing technology in Samoa. The project lasted for three weeks. Local women acquired practical skills
by attending the sewing and creative handicraft training program. The picture shows a Chinese expert
teaching sewing machine operations.
En 2018, le gouvernement chinois a mis en œuvre un programme de formation sur l’artisanat créatif et les
techniques de couture au Samoa. Au cours de ce projet de trois semaines, les femmes locales ont appris
des compétences pratiques grâce à la formation de couture et d’artisanat créatif. Sur la photo, une experte
